LISSY makes the flow of raw materials and materials in your company transparent

You implement your ideas with materials of different types from different manufacturers and suppliers. You have an overview of the material flow and how your products and applications "perform" with the material at all times. You record all the parameters for the materials, which provide information on the basic properties through to the price, energy consumption and interaction with the environment. When using them in your formulations, you can already recognize trends and later fall back on raw material knowledge that has already been generated.

Combine raw materials, materials, products and formulations to create build-up and coating systems and record quality requirements for implementation. In conjunction with project and order management, this database leaves no questions unanswered. You combine the implementation in the form of coating protocols and test results in the product database to create a large knowledge base.

The recipe playground provides you with optimum support from the initial idea to the preparation and mixing of the recipe in the laboratory. Thanks to the integrated raw material management and the stock and consumption postings, you can consistently map all scenarios such as new developments, adjustments, raw material exchanges and various optimization tasks and create an enormous knowledge and intellectual property database.

Ensure quality and gain insights

You plan the technical inspections on the basis of your audit-proof service specifications and automatically receive good planning proposals from LISSY based on the workload. All dates for loading the devices, workload, conditioning and evaluation times with interim evaluations are kept in the employee calendar (LISSY and Outlook). This means that nothing is forgotten and occupancy can be tracked at all times.

Using the samples and the shift structure, you can always find the relationship between the test results and the products or laboratory formulations used. Tests and results thus become part of the product database and the stakeholder file.

Use the structured test results for evaluation and as a knowledge database for statistical or AI approaches.
